Welcome to the Kingsport Center for Art & Technology (KCAAT)! Create what you want, when you want to, without needing your own equipment.

Members gain 24/7 access to hot desks with Wi-Fi. We also have high-power computer workstations featuring a host of commercially licensed software suites chosen with creative entrepreneurs in mind. Various pricing packages are available to suit your needs, whether you want to work for a day, a week, a month, or longer.

Private offices are also available to members, available by the day, week, month, or longer. (The longer the membership, the lower the price.) Perfect for businesses and teams looking for a solid foundation. Hard wired to our high-speed fiber internet. Wi-fi also included with utilities—one monthly membership price for all. Four hours/month of conference room time with each office membership. Furniture and computer packages available for additional fees.

Our beautifully appointed full-size conference room features a large table with built-in plug-ins, along with an HD flatscreen TV for streaming and presenting. Members receive discounted booking rates. It’s the perfect space for hosting meetings and events!

Capture your vision with our Streaming Media Lab, perfect for content creators—including podcasters and streamers!

Use our professional level, state-of-the-art audio and video capture station to produce stunning content in-house. The lab includes a teleprompter, camera,  and green screen background to help you create polished, professional work.

Enjoy a space designed by creatives, for creatives – including relaxation.

As our flagship center, the KCAAT has plenty to offer creatives of all types. When you’re not working, enjoy our comfortable lounge areas, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and of course, coffee. There’s plenty of parking space—and it’s free! Downtown Kingsport is a great place to take a walk, shop, or have a meal.  

Looking to take your art from the screen to paper? Check out our Giclée Print Lab.

Our print lab allows for anyone to produce stunning, edition-quality prints in-house. Our large format 44” and 24” printers use pigment-based archival ink, perfect for a quality finish. And we’re keeping is affordable! Take a class and learn to print your own pieces, or we’ll find a print technician to make your edition-quality prints for you. 

There’s just so much to explore in our Kingsport Center. 

Stop by the in-house photography studio, complete with softbox lights, electric rotator table, and greenscreen backdrop. And during breaks, enjoy our featured art gallery – a rotating exhibition of local artists, both traditional and digital.
