Opening Reception for Enigmatic Encounter

Join us for an Enigmatic Encounter with artists (and even some mythical beasts and beings)! We’ll gather at Create Appalachia’s Kingsport Gallery, Meet some of the 23 artists behind the work on exhibit and take in the bevy of imaginative beasts they’ve created! Light refreshments will be served, including creature-themed mocktails. Admission is free, though cash donations to the Gallery and Exhibit Committee are enthusiastically welcomed! (They help us pay gallery expenses and purchase refreshments for our openings.)
Who knows…there may even be a short live performance of Appalachian murder ballads to set the mood…
Parking and Directions: We’re at 225 W Center Street in Downtown Kingsport. The easiest place to park is in the lot behind our building. The lot is located between Clay and Shelby Streets. Look for the Create Appalachia Open House sign, which will point you to the back door that faces the Justice Center. (All other doors will be locked after hours.)
